The Final KESP is now available on the KESP Homepage.  During the process of drafting the Plan, the Kauai community and stakeholders had the opportunity to provide input for the Plan in a number of ways, including:

Review the Draft Plan (Uploaded on 1/4/10) 

Due to large file size, the document is broken up into the following four parts (you will need Adobe Reader, PDF):

  • Part 1 (Executive Summary, Vision/Goals - 1.9 MB)
  • Part 2 (Ground Transportation - 2.4 MB)
  • Part 3 (Electricity - 2.8 MB)
  • Part 4 (Waste to Energy, Wind, Implementation - .7 MB)
